Had an excellent stay here. The hotel was fairly clean and the location was absolutely perfect and magnificent close to everything. All the rooms were brand-new with all facilities, had a quiet atmosphere. Location: the venue was just off the department store and bus station as well as 3 large markets near the railway station.

I keep coming back because of the helpful staff who gave me info about the town. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, free parking, luggage storage, and 24-hour security. Plus, the snack bar, flat-screen TV, lift, and electric kettle are all I need. Perfect for a romantic escape.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the convenient location of Tisa Hotel. It's just a stone's throw away from the new Central Mall where we found everything we needed, including a food court and even a McDonald's! Plus, the kiosk right in front of the mall made it easy for us to purchase tickets for the minivan to the border bridge to Vientiane Laos. We didn't have to waste time going to the bus or railway station. the night market, bars, and restaurants were also just 100 meters away. the hotel itself is modern and clean, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. We appreciated the free amenities like the boiler, coffee, tea, soups, and cakes. the air conditioning, fridge, and hairdryer were also nice touches. And to top it off, the staff was friendly and welcoming.

We felt extremely welcome at Tisa Hotel Udonthani as youngsters, and we have no complaints at all.
